Depending on the scope of a contract, I’m typically brought in to fix problems, deliver a specific thing/outcome, drive speed and/or build capability and competency. Providing stable foundations and sustainable structure before transitioning out.
I’m a relatively technical product leader, currently working in the Platform Engineering space. I see devops/Continuous Delivery as being the enablers of great Products.
I’ve worked with engineering teams across native mobile, web, APIs, micro-service(and monolithic) backends, developer platforms, data (big and small) and cloud/on-premise infrastructure. Both directly and via managing vendors/agencies.
